EFFICACY TEST AND REPORTS
Probiotics have shown to be able to:
-
Strengthen the biological defensive barrier
-
Regulate bioactivity of immunocytes
-
Promote the bioactivity of Th1 cells under allergic condition
-
Inhibit the bioactivity of allergic path of Th2 cells
All these factors work in tandem to correct immunoreactions to a balanced state.
This product has passed the Microbial Heavy Metal and Pesticide residue test. View certification, Product data sheet and Antibiotics susceptibility chart.
Test Results of and anti-allergic Modulatory Effects
Allergic reactions are related to a group of immunocytes, called as T-cells. They are divided in three types - Th1, Th2 and Treg. Under normal conditions, the Th1 and Th2 will work in-tandem, while being modulated by Treg, to maintain a balance and control reactions.
When exposed to different of allergens, the body reacts and the Th2 cell in body will increase. This may induce B cells to produce more allergic antibodies, such as IgE, thus leading to allergic reactions. Keeping the balance between Th1 and Th2 is key to maintaining a well balanced body system.
Without causing immunosuppression of immunocytes (i.e. phagocytes and NK clees), IMMUNE+ can activate the Th1 path (i.e. the production of cytokino IFN-γ), and minimize the path of Th2 [i.e. the production of cytokino IL-4 and IL-5, and the expression of CD278+ and CD4+ (Th2 cell)], to attain immunobalance that Prevents attenuating allergic reactions.
